The DUMBO Innovators Meet-Up is a monthly series highlighting innovative companies in DUMBO, Brooklyn. At this lively mixer event, meet your neighbors and experience the vibrancy this community has to offer first-hand.

DUMBO has long been home to individuals and companies with equal parts creativity and business acumen. Each month, we’ll be shining a spotlight on the vanguard, cutting edge companies and people who call DUMBO their home. During a brief moderated discussion, industry leaders in storytelling, media, and tech will share their philosophy around innovation: what it means for their company, and how to approach innovation in business as well as in life.

Narratively's creative studio, Narratively Creative, utilizes the Narratively contributors network and its core creative team to ideate and produce branded and white-label storytelling for a range of partners including publishers such as Meredith, Condé Naste, The Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post; brands including Amazon, Ancestry.com, GE and Philips; and non-profits including the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Narratively is also in development on several television adaptations of its stories. 



Noah Rosenberg is the founder, CEO, and editor-in-chief of Narratively. He has dedicated his career and craft to uncovering and sharing stories that illuminate the human condition. From reporting across writing, video, photography and audio for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, GQ magazine and New York Public Radio; to working on documentaries and reality series for Discovery, Food Network, and the History Channel; to directing, producing, and editing branded storytelling for organizations like Amazon, GE, Phillips, Lincoln Financial and Time Inc., Noah brings unfettered curiosity, creativity, empathy and dedication to the projects he undertakes and oversees.

The DUMBO Improvement District is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing and promoting DUMBO, Brooklyn. The Improvement District showcases DUMBO as a world-class destination, advocating on behalf of DUMBO's businesses, property owners and residents. The organization provides supplemental sanitation services, marketing, economic development, neighborhood programming and long-term planning.
