Namely on Rapid Growth Start-ups

At Namely, we’ll remember 2014 as the year we built our business. We started 2014 with 24 employees and a dream to transform HR. As 2014 drew to a close, we had 71 people celebrating a year where we established a product-market fit, raised over $16M in two rounds, and became one of the fastest growing enterprise companies in the US.

What do we mean by rapid growth? Here’s how our Q4 compared to Q1:

● We generated 4X more web visitors
● We generated 8X more inbound leads from marketing
● We generated 3X more in new opportunities from outbound sales efforts
● We sold 14X more in new bookings
● Our client base grew by 8X from January to December

This growth has attracted great people, increased our funding, and brought us a giant leap closer to our vision of making HR human.

So how did we do it? Join Chris Flores, Inside Sales Manager, and Nick Christman, Marketing Director, on Thursday, January 22nd for a look at how sales and marketing fueled Namely’s rapid growth during 2014!
