Millions of creators have turned to crowdfunding over the last few years to bring their scripts to screens. Join Indiegogo's Head Film Campaign Strategist and author of Crowdfunding for Filmmakers John T. Trigonis as he navigates you through campaign preparation, strategy and post-campaign distribution opportunities by divulging the twelve things all filmmakers need to understand and put to practice to get them the funding they need to make their next award-winning films.

John wil by joined by Michael Ferrell, a filmmaker, actor, and writer based out of Jersey City whose first feature film, Twenty Million People screened at over 20 film festivals worldwide and took home multiple Best Feature awards. Some highlights included Cinequest in San Jose, Raindance in London, Festival Nouveau du Cinema in Montreal, Oaxaca Film Fest in Mexico, and Montclair Film Festival. Twenty Million People landed a distribution deal and is now available online and on video-on-demand. The initial production cost was funded entirely by a successful indiegogo campaign. Michael is currently making a second feature film called Laura Gets a Cat.
