Artificial Intelligence now surrounds us. Google relies on AI to power its search results; Facebook relies on AI to find friends in your photos; and, of course, AI gives Siri some of her powers. It’s everywhere, and we often don’t realize when AI is shaping and enhancing our experience. But over the next half decade, we’ll witness the birth of truly intelligent vertical AI agents that interact with humans, and each of which focuses on a single task and its execution.
It’s inevitable that these different types of AI will have to be able to interact seamlessly with each other, at times leaving humans entirely out of the loop. How these different types of AI Assistants interact with one another—and how we interact with them—will shape the nature of work and leisure for decades to come.
In this talk, Dennis will explain how interactions between humans and computers are likely to evolve in the next decade, what it means to humanize AI, and why it all matters for the future of work.
