STARTS APRIL 4  |   3 CONSECUTIVE TUESDAYS

Understanding what people want is not new, but making people the focus of your development and growth certainly is.

User-centric, user focus and the consumer is the boss. We’ve heard them all. But what does it mean? And most importantly, how can I implement them?

Agile processes and lean mindset allow you to learn from people, so you can design and create the best experience for their needs.

1/3 design, 1/3 strategy, 1/3 operations, this class will give you a whole new understanding of the market and will open new opportunities to learn fast.

If you want to learn more about the class format, if you have questions about basic skills you might need to use, if you want to learn more about the specifics of the course, please contact Derrick Foust at dfoust@nymediacenter.com.
